Mama's Kona Coffee prefers to send all orders using the US Postal Service's Priority Mail Flat-Rate boxes whenever possible plus handling. Prices for Priority Mail Flat-Rate Boxes are one low price to U.S. destinations, regardless of the actual weight of the item as long as it fits securely in the box and the box flaps close within normal ranges. Economical for you as well as for us.

Our Retail Customers:
Please review the rates below that also include handling. We recommend to our customers to purchase the US Postal Service Insurance in the event your purchase is lost or stolen. This way we can replace and track your order. Shipments to the mainland and Alaska are tax free. However, if you are a resident of Hawaii, an applied tax of 4.166% will be added to your order.

The US Postal Service also offers insurance for your order, we recommend that you purchase insurance, especially during the holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas when there is allot of shipping activity leaving the island. Choosing to purchase insurance for your coffee means that we will be able to replace the lost or damaged coffee at no additional cost to you and deal with the post office later to recoup the loss. Please understand that without insurance we cannot replace your coffee if it gets lost.

Once we receive your returned product we will credit your credit card less the shipping charges.

Also, please understand that before we authorize a return that you as the customer will need to pay the return postage and shipping of any opened or sealed bags.
